The revised hygiene and safety standards take into consideration every step of the staying journey. On arrival, there will be temperature readings, hand sanitisation, observation of potential symptoms for all guests and patrons. Guestrooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with special attention paid to high-touch surfaces such as door handles, TV remotes, room controls and faucets.

When you enter either of the signature dining venues, Amaya Food Gallery and Aqua Eatery & Bar, you will notice that the layout has been rearranged to ensure a safe distance. Meanwhile, hygiene and safety protocols are observed in all kitchen and food preparation zones so guests can indulge in the delightful dining experience without worries. For the pool area, sun loungers and pool furniture are rearrangeed to ensure safe distancing. Ready to relax and unwind at Breeze Spa? Additional temperature readings and hand sanitising are required prior to treatments, with masks worn by team members and spa therapists. As for the public areas, guests can expect regular sanitisation of high-traffic areas including door handles and lift buttons. Hand sanitisers will be easily available at multiple points and UV-C wands will be used to sterilise seats and tables.
