Celebrity chef Harlan Goldstein has signed an exclusive management and media deal with Let’s Karma.

Newly arrived on the Thai scene, Harlan Goldstein, whose successes have included his Michelin-starred restaurant in Hong Kong, has quickly made his mark on the Thai scene by opening the “Comfort by Harlan” restaurant on Kasetsin Soi 2 in Pattaya.

Billed as ‘Food for Friends’, that phrase perfectly describes the warm and fun atmosphere at ‘Comfort’, driven by Goldstein’s extraordinary presence. He is lively, outgoing, outspoken, opinionated, authentic and, above, all, hugely passionate about food!

Goldstein is a “once seen, never forgotten” kind of guy. Customers have been flocking to his new restaurant in their hundreds so getting a table is no easy feat!

Harlan Goldstein’s “Comfort” is influenced by Goldstein’s 38 years of travel, recipes, and his history as a celebrity chef.

He says:

“The food at Comfort is the same food that I love to cook for family and friends, with a modern approach – it’s perfect for sharing, so diners can have the full Goldstein experience. ‘Comfort’ features a fully-stocked bar of craft beers, excellent wines, and specially created cocktails. On top of that, the outlet plays amazing music to set the vibe, making you feel relaxed and welcome… Enjoy!”

Let’s Karma’s directors Markus Kreth, Chris Craker and Alexander Parry are proud to welcome Harlan to the roster of talents being represented by the Let’s Karma/Asia Media Publishing Group.

We have big plans and some great ideas for Harlan,” said Chris Craker. “Harlan is a BIG character, the ultimate showman, and a real ‘presence’ within the restaurant – his energy and passion will translate perfectly on to TV and we are delighted to announce that he will be taking part in the Iron Chef Thailand, alongside a future IPTV series that we hope will then feature on Netflix.

“In addition, Harlan will be taking his food to the kids – encouraging young people to taste and experience food in an way they have never done before. Harlan will be cooking for local youngsters at The Blind School in Pattaya, opening up a sensory experience they will never forget.”
