Serenity Jomtien Villas, held a ceremony this morning.
The purpose of the ceremony was in order to re-locate spirit houses from the land as they are now ready to back-fill the lake and then level the land, ready to start construction on the first villas at the project.

Serenity Jomtien Villas is a new luxury housing estate located in the heart of Jomtien, just 700m from the beach, which will consist of 26 pool villas, ranging from three to five bedrooms.
