Most apartment buildings have even closed off their communal gyms, but don’t let that rupture your fitness routine.

Maybe use wine bottles for weights, dish towels for sliders (for exercises like lunges and mountain climbers) or a sturdy chair for step-ups.

There are also plenty of no-equipment-required exercises — like squats, burpees, sit-ups, planks, push-ups and mountain climbers.

Bodyweight exercises, require no equipment and are often the simplest way to work out at home is to use your own body.

There are a variety of effective body weight exercises that can help you build strength, endurance and burn calories. And by circuit training (going from one exercise to the next, without little or no rest), you keep your heart rate up, burn more calories and get the most out of your exercise time.

Also, exercise videos are great, in fact, you can’t beat exercise videos for a fun workout.

There are workouts for every age, gender, goal, and interest.
