The People’s Choice Awards were given to the top ten property developers in Thailand based on consumer votes, including AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Central Pattana Residence Company Limited, Land and Houses Public Company Limited, L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited, Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited, Major Development Public Company Limited, Property Perfect Public Company Limited, Sansiri Public Company Limited, Siam Piwat Company Limited, and Singha Estate Public Company Limited.

This year, Sansiri Public Company Limited reclaimed the highly competitive Best Developer award, having previously won it in 2021 and 2013, and received a total of 11 awards, the most of any company. The awards also highlighted sustainability, with King Square Development Company Limited winning the Sustainable Design Award for the first time. The King Square project also won Best Green Development and Best Mixed-Use Community Development, while the Gardens of Eden project by Amal Group of Companies won Best Nature Integrated Development and Best Condo Architectural Design (Phuket).
Highlights in the wellness category included the Pine Wellness Residence in Prachachuen by Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, which won Best Wellness Housing Development (Bangkok), the Romy Convent project by Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited, which won Best Wellness Residence Development (Bangkok), and the Natural Phuket Luxury Pool Villa by AAG Development Co., Ltd., which won Best Health Inspired Development.

Regional winners included Rom Pho Property Public Company Limited, which won Best Condo Developer (Phuket), and Villa Cart Group Co., Ltd., which received Best Breakthrough Developer (Phuket). Yada Long Property Co., Ltd. won Best Boutique Developer (Phuket), while ESS Development Co., Ltd. won Best Boutique Developer (Eastern Seaboard).
The Thailand Real Estate Personality of the Year award, decided by the editorial team of PropertyGuru Property Report Magazine, was presented to Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul for her role in driving the logistics and energy sectors to new heights both in Thailand and internationally.
This year marked the inaugural presentation of the People’s Choice Awards, which recognized the top ten property developers based on consumer votes, including AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Central Pattana Residence Company Limited, Land and Houses Public Company Limited, L.P.N.
