Major Development Public Company Limited (MJD), a leading real estate developer in Thailand, has announced its collaboration with GAYA Strategic Enterprise Corporation Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of GS E&C, a global leader in engineering and construction from South Korea. Together, they are investing over 4.2 billion baht in the development of the luxury condominium project “MUNIQ Charoenkrung.”

MUNIQ Charoenkrung is strategically located on Charoenkrung Road, opposite Shrewsbury International School Bangkok, by the banks of the Chao Phraya River, and is close to Silom and Sathorn roads, blending the charm of old and new Bangkok. The project features a distinctive luxury architectural design in the “British Colonial Classic” style, catering to the diverse lifestyles of modern residents. Construction is expected to begin in 2025.
