The event will welcome leaders, innovators, visionaries, and investors in the real estate industry from across Thailand and the Asia-Pacific region, with over 300 participants, on December 12, 2024, at The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok, a Luxury Collection Hotel.
The rapid transformation of cities across the Asia-Pacific region reflects the challenges in real estate development, where businesses must adapt to stay competitive and meet the demands of modern consumers. This year’s theme focuses on “Brands” and inspiring the cities of the future, aiming to shift mindsets, set new agendas, and connect those working in the industry. The summit will cover critical issues driving development, investment, and growth in the Asian real estate sector today, through expert panels and presentations.

The 10th PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit will be divided into three segments, each focusing on important real estate topics in Asia today:
Segment 1 – Creating the Community of the Future
The segment will begin with a welcome address from Hari V. Krishnan, CEO and Managing Director of PropertyGuru Group. This will be followed by an in-depth presentation on “The Economic Outlook of the Region” by Sumanan Rajaratnam, Director of Southeast Asia at The Economist Intelligence Corporate Network. The first session will conclude with a panel discussion on “Defining the Home of the Future,” led by Anton Lev Wurmann, an entrepreneur and real estate advisor from Japan.
Segment 2 – Driving Innovation in Business
This segment will feature a discussion on “Living Under a Brand” by Bill Barnett, Founder and Managing Director of C9 Hotelworks, followed by a panel that explores how culture, community, and spaces affect people’s lives.
Segment 3 – Creating Shared Wealth
This final segment will feature a presentation by Chao-Wei Huang, Associate Director at Zaha Hadid Architects, on “Spaces of Inspiration: Design to Impact.” The summit will conclude with a panel discussion on the topic “Gigacities: The Convergence of Culture and Innovation in the Middle East,” along with a presentation by Pichaya Nitipaisalkul (Golf), a famous Thai actor, model, and creator, who will share his experience of building his dream home and inspire others to live their own dreams.
