Scope Co., Ltd., a real estate developer with a special expertise in high-quality residential projects, has released an animated teaser to welcome “Scope Thonglor,” its latest flagship development. The teaser, titled “A Sky Manor,” reflects the brand’s commitment to high standards. This 45-second teaser is the work of Italian artist Andrea Mongia, a world-class illustrator known for his distinctive style. Through his signature lines and vibrant colors, Mongia conveys the excellence in every square meter of Scope Thonglor, with the concept: Your Penthouse. Your Floor. Your Horizon. This animation offers a glimpse into the unparalleled living experience at Scope Thonglor, which is a 32-story all-penthouse development—the first of its kind in Thailand. With one unit per floor, there are only 18 units in total. The project is set to open for viewing in the first quarter of 2025.

Mr. Yongyuth Chaipromprasith, CEO of Scope Co., Ltd., shared:
“The Scope Thonglor project marks an important step in our commitment to delivering a world-class living experience to our customers. We are thrilled to collaborate with a world-class artist like Andrea Mongia, who has perfectly captured the attention to detail in every aspect of Scope Thonglor through this unique animation. I am confident that this teaser will reflect our dedication to every square meter in all our projects under the Scope brand, generating excitement ahead of the official launch in the first quarter of 2025.”

Mr. Andrea Mongia, the 35-year-old Italian illustrator and designer currently based in Rome, has gained international recognition for his unique design style, characterized by simple lines with intricate details and eye-catching color use. He has collaborated with global brands and publications such as Apple, Google, Louis Vuitton, Loro Piana, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Forbes. His work tells stories and evokes emotions in a minimalist style, much like the design philosophy of Scope, where luxury is expressed through the use of high-quality materials in a simple, modern minimalist form.

Mongia shared his inspiration for creating the animation:
“The Scope Thonglor project stands out due to its unique architecture and the value inherent in every detail. The meticulous design blends luxury and modernity, with each square meter reflecting timeless simplicity. For this animation, I was inspired by the stunning architecture, the surrounding landscape, and the open, light-filled living spaces. I wanted this work to connect viewers with the Scope brand’s vision—simplicity, luxury, and the perfect balance of quality. I hope this piece will convey our desire to deliver the best of the brand and allow viewers to feel the passion and attention to detail that both I and the Scope team have put into every aspect of this project.”

Scope Thonglor is located in a premium residential area, at the heart of the urban lifestyle. It is conveniently just one step from BTS Thonglor, one of the most valued and recognized areas as a hub for lifestyle. The interior design is by world-renowned interior designer Thomas Juul-Hansen, who also designed Scope’s “Sathorn” project. Scope Thonglor was designed to cater to the lifestyle and tastes of its buyers, reflecting both quality and meticulous attention to detail in every aspect. Thomas Juul-Hansen also serves as the architectural consultant for the project, making Scope Thonglor the first and only project in Thailand to feature his expertise in both interior and exterior design. This makes Scope Thonglor a standout landmark on Sukhumvit-Thonglor Road, with a distinctive identity for luxurious living.
