Riviera Group steps it up, Launching 2 Projects over 1 weekend

It was only last December, Riviera Group launched ‘Santa Monica’, a 33 Story luxury High-Rise in Jomtien, following in the LA Concept footsteps of their hugely successful ‘Malibu’ Project, another Luxury High-Rise in Pratumnak. Now, only 2 months along, Santa Monica is closing in on being 75% sold. Quite an exception result in a competitive marketplace. The LA concept continued and the many Agents that queued early in December showed how much Credit Riviera Group have these days. Delivering projects is one thing, over delivering and creating epic buildings is now their trademark. There are reasons to everything if looked close enough.
Now, in March 2025, Winston Gale (MD) announced at their “Valentine Thank you” Agents Party (end of last month) to over 130 Real Estate Agents the Launch of not One, but Two New Projects in the coming weeks. The reaction of the agents? “Well, they cheered, it was quite unexpected,” said Winston.


The Riviera California
REm: Questions, questions… please can you explain the projects and the locations?
WG “The projects are in quite different locations. ‘California’ (as it is named) is towards the lower part of Thrapraya Road, close to all the hustle and bustle and 3rd Road. It’s a stone’s throw from the epicenter of all the City’s action. It is a 32 story Luxury High-Rise with only 122 units, so it is very exclusive. We have continuing with the LA concept, Mood and Tone as Malibu and Santa Monica as it suits the trend currently. With such limited Condominium numbers , this make for a really special project with amazing views over Pattaya’s Bay.
The Riviera Beverly Hills Residence
WG Continues “The Riviera Beverly Hills, will be the very first Low-Rise Development undertaken by us so it’s very exciting. We’ve wanted to do a quality Low-Rise for a while now, but just waited for the right time and location. It is located in Jomtien next to many established Low-Rise Developments down Soi 5. This Project will attract a different sector of buyers with 445 units and vast facilities, with the usual high Riviera standard of Design and Finish. It’ll be special for us as our first Low-Rise. The area for this project is very mature now with many other Residential Low-Rises as well as plenty of Shops, Restaurants. Convenience stores and City Hall are creating an all-new Large connecting road which is under construction today. This will make for even better connections soon, for this whole area and of course increase property values.”
REm: Incredible, it sounds like launching them together means they are not direct competition then?
WG “Correct. They are completely different products, Location and price point. They will, in reality, complement each other as there is something on offer for a wider audience come the launch weekend allowing Buyers and Argents to have a much broader choice set. Don’t forget also, we still have just over 25% at Santa Monica left to sell too, so quite the variety of Projects and Locations all under one roof”.











Pre-Launch Date
REm: Under one roof., So where are you doing the launch? WG: “Our sales office and showroom located in Jomtien next to The Riviera Ocean Drive, it continues to serve Agents a convenient location. We have used this as a sales Hub for 3 years now so all agents are used to coming to see us there. As we continue on with the LA concept also, the whole building and its showrooms showcases the concept and tone perfectly.”
REm: So when is the Launch expected?
WG “We will have again a 3-day Launch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 21st – 23rd March.”
REM: December, we saw ques of people for Santa Monica, is the expectation likely to be the same in your opinion.
WG: “Having 2 very different projects aimed at different market sectors and maybe Agents, the theory is we should attract plenty of Agents and Buyers alike. But let’s see, we are very happy with the projects designs
and think the pricing is good. But as always, the buyers and agents vote with their feet so time will tell.
REm: Seems Riviera Group are super busy right now, why shouldn’t they be. The way it’s been for years now is they are constantly a step ahead, leading the Luxury sector in Pattaya, often dismissing the challenges of Large corporate Bangkok Based Developers by their success rate alone.
