In a significant move for Thailand’s real estate industry, Sansiri Public Company Limited is advancing its 2026 roadmap by expanding into the B2B (Business-to-Business) market through a partnership with Maneerin Property Co., Ltd., a leading property developer that has operated in Thailand’s Eastern region for more than 24 years and has been utilizing precast technology in residential developments since 2015.
The collaboration seeks to raise housing construction standards across the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) by introducing Sansiri’s next-generation environmentally friendly precast innovations. These solutions incorporate green cement, which helps reduce carbon emissions, alongside manufacturing processes designed to minimize waste, supporting sustainable and eco-friendly home construction.
At the heart of this partnership is the enhancement of Maneerin’s existing precast expertise through Sansiri Precast’s “Mass Customization” strategy, which strengthens operational capabilities across every dimension. Key benefits include flexible production without minimum order requirements, consistent construction quality through precisely controlled manufacturing processes, reduced on-site variability, and greater confidence for homebuyers through measurable quality standards.
Established in 2002, Maneerin Property has become one of Chonburi Province’s leading real estate developers, initially focusing on Si Racha and Bang Saen before gaining widespread recognition through landmark projects such as Grand Maneerin Si Racha and Grand Maneerin Sam Muk–Bang Saen. To date, the company has developed more than 50 projects.
