Ramayana Water Park has once again brought pride to Thailand after being ranked No. 9 among the World’s Best Amusement & Water Parks in the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best Amusement & Water Parks 2026 awards. This marks the highest ranking ever achieved by a water park in Thailand on the world-renowned travel platform Tripadvisor and further reinforces Ramayana Water Park’s position as a leading international water park destination.
This achievement represents another significant milestone for Thailand’s tourism industry. Ramayana Water Park is the only water park in Thailand to be included in the global ranking for 2026 and has also secured the title of Thailand’s No. 1 Water Park in Tripadvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best Amusement & Water Parks awards. The recognition reflects the park’s exceptional service quality, rigorous safety standards, and memorable visitor experiences, earning acclaim from travelers worldwide.
Ramayana Water Park has previously received several global recognitions from Tripadvisor; however, 2026 marks its highest achievement to date, reaching 9th place among the world’s top amusement and water parks.
The Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best Award is presented to attractions that consistently receive outstanding reviews and ratings from travelers around the world over a 12-month period. According to Tripadvisor, fewer than 1% of all businesses listed on the platform receive this distinction, making it one of the highest honors awarded by the global travel website.
Located near one of Chonburi Province’s most iconic landmarks, Khao Chi Chan (Buddha Mountain), Ramayana Water Park is just 25 minutes from Pattaya City and 90 minutes from Bangkok. Surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, including mountains, lakes, and lush green landscapes, the park offers a unique combination of relaxation and excitement unlike any conventional water park.
Spanning more than 16 hectares (approximately 100 rai), Ramayana Water Park is recognized as the largest water park in Thailand. The park features 26 water slides and attractions, catering to families, young children, and thrill-seekers alike. Most recently, the park launched its Solar Car Park Project in partnership with SUN Vision Technology, featuring more than 1,720 high-efficiency solar panels with a total installed capacity of 1.22 megawatt-peak (MWp). The project generates clean energy while providing covered parking facilities for visitors. In addition, the park has installed Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations to support environmentally friendly travel.
Ramayana Water Park has also been awarded the STGs STAR Certification for Sustainable Tourism, having successfully achieved all 17 Sustainable Tourism Goals (STGs).
