Created exclusively for Mott 32 Bangkok, the limited-time menu draws inspiration from Bangkok’s vibrant dining culture while reflecting the preferences of Thai diners. Highlights include Steamed Leopard Coral Grouper with Signature Yellow Chilli Sauce, featuring a specially developed yellow chilli sauce tailored to the Thai palate, and Wok-Fried Mud Crab with Szechuan Sauce and Minced Pork, Served with Crispy Noodles, which reimagines Thailand’s familiar crispy noodle tradition through the lens of contemporary Cantonese cuisine.
Chef Lee’s Exclusive Seasonal Menu celebrates the finest ingredients that define authentic Cantonese gastronomy, including fish maw, leopard coral grouper, mud crab, mantis shrimp, black truffle, abalone sauce, and pigeon leg.
