In New York, Serpenti has taken on a monumental new form. On the High Line, Bvlgari presents auruBOROS – Urban Memory and Collective Dream, an installation by Berlin-based collective Plastique Fantastique. Its golden forms rise from the ground, becoming part of the urban landscape. The work is the latest iteration of Serpenti Infinito, Bvlgari’s project exploring the many ways its emblem can be transformed.

After Shanghai, Seoul and Mumbai, Serpenti Infinito arrives in New York with an installation shaped by the city around it. Its shifting volumes and proportions evoke the unseen movements of the city, while blurring the boundaries between architecture and landscape.

The project also finds expression in five unique High Jewelry creations unveiled for the occasion. Drawing on different chapters of American art history, they each offer a distinctive interpretation of Serpenti. Serpenti Falling Drops evokes Jackson Pollock’s expressive gestures, with a colored gemstone seemingly caught mid-motion. Serpenti Flag takes its colors from the American flag, pairing tanzanite, coral and diamonds.

The occasion also sees three new additions to the Serpenti Tubogas collection, one of Bvlgari’s signatures. A bracelet, earrings and brooch bring a contemporary perspective to the collection, while a minaudière revisits Serpenti’s distinctive codes, echoing several historic designs from the Maison.

From the High Line to High Jewelry, Bvlgari continues to explore the enduring versatility of Serpenti. In New York, the emblem takes inspiration from the city’s heritage and architecture while remaining deeply connected to the Roman heritage of the Maison.
