InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke, a luxury branded residence in the heart of Bangkok developed by CG Capital Advisory Co., Ltd. (CG Capital), recently hosted “A Heritage Pairing” in collaboration with Arkitektura, a leading curator and importer of high-end furniture. The exclusive event offered valued guests an opportunity to experience the shared vision behind the project, bringing together design, urban lifestyle and carefully considered details that elevate the quality of everyday living.
At the heart of InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke is a distinctive approach to residential living that brings timeless elegance into a contemporary setting through the concept “Timeless Design, Future Ready Comfort.” Inspired by the atmosphere of Sukhumvit’s past, or the “Charm of the Good Old Days,” the concept recalls a time when the neighbourhood was peaceful, lush and defined by a distinctive sense of charm, long before evolving into one of Bangkok’s most prominent urban districts.
For the project, heritage is not about looking back, but about reinterpreting enduring values for contemporary life. This philosophy is expressed through meticulous design, the selection of quality materials, considered furniture design and the creation of an environment that supports a distinctive and meaningful way of living.

The “A Heritage Pairing” event was born from a collaboration between two partners who share a common belief in creating lasting value through design and lifestyle. CG Capital and Arkitektura brought together their respective expertise, perspectives and attention to detail—not simply to complement the project’s interiors, but to create a new experience that reflects how values from the past can be reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.
As part of the collaboration, Arkitektura curated the Furniture Package for InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke, featuring luxury furniture from Caracole, a US-based brand known for its classic-contemporary aesthetic and sophisticated design language. Caracole combines a variety of materials to create refined furniture pieces with distinctive character, complementing residential spaces while balancing aesthetics, functionality and the individual tastes of their occupants.
“For Arkitektura, selecting furniture and design pieces is not simply about aesthetics. Each piece should give a space its own character while integrating naturally into the lifestyle of its residents. Drawing on our experience and expertise in furniture, we curated the Furniture Package to complement the vision of InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke across design, quality, materials, functionality and the atmosphere each piece creates within a space.

Among the highlights was a Wine Pairing experience, created as part of the project’s Curated Experience concept, bringing together flavours, ambience, design and shared moments to embody the spirit of “A Heritage Pairing.”
Guests included Prang–Apinara Srikarnjana, Saimai–Manirat Thammaneewong, Aom–Attaniya Iamwasan and Rak–Shirin Wisitthakool.
