Five Years of Healthcare Privileges for Lucean Bay Owners

The partnership covers healthcare services ranging from preventive care to treatment. Eligible owners of all condominium units can access the benefits through the Partnership Privilege Programme for five years, commencing from the date on which the hospital activates the privileges. Benefits are subject to the applicable package categories and terms and conditions, and include:

• One annual health check-up per year.
• 15% discount on inpatient room charges, excluding intensive care rooms.
• 15% discount on medication, excluding special medications, vitamins and vaccines.
• 10% discount on selected dental treatments, including scaling, fillings and tooth extractions.
• 10% discount on selected medical services, including laboratory tests, diagnostic radiology, radiotherapy and medical imaging.
• Complimentary ambulance transfers between the development and Bangkok Hospital Pattaya. The ambulance transportation fee is waived; medical treatment and other services are excluded.

Owners of two-bedroom units and larger will receive additional privileges* to make healthcare services even more accessible. These include:
