Friday 29th March saw the launch of Difference Residence, a uniquely designed residence catering for senior citizens.

Located on the Eastern Seaboard in the Bang Saray area approximately 25km from Pattaya City, Difference Residence consists of 678 units over 88 rai of beautifully landscaped and lush gardens.

The Difference Residence is setting new standards in retirement residences and living standards for senior citizens and with Thailand projected to become an ageing society by 2021, when the number of people aged over 60 reaches 13.1 million or 20% of the population NOW is the right time for Difference Residences.

The Residences offer the highest level of services in there private homes, similar to that if a 5-star resort with a warm, friendly and caring ambience with each apartment having around 36 square metres of private gardens with direct access to a small stream that is separated from neighbours by a two-metre bush fence.

Difference Residence also consists of a three-storey apartment building with an indoor garden, cafe, roof garden and bar, and three elevators.

The launch party was a spectacular event with guests given the chance to look at the show houses and take in the beautiful green and lush environment as the sunset.

Food and drink was enjoyed by all as live Music played in the background.

The project owner Helemut Buchberger spoke of his joy at the launch of Difference Residence and how retirement residences are the future of the property market, Helmut’s beautiful daughter also translated his words into Thai for the audience.
