Morocco’s Ambassador  to Thailand Abdelilah El Housni and Kamala Sukosol, president of the Thai-Moroccan Friendship Association, are pleased to present a 14-day celebration of Moroccan culture, starting at The Sukosol Hotel, Bangkok on Friday, November 23, 2018.

The event will highlight some of Morocco’s unique cultural and culinary experiences with special delicacies carefully chosen and prepared by a chef from Casablanca.

Patummat Restaurant at The Sukosol Hotel will feature a range of Moroccan recipes as part of the extensive buffet selection, allowing diners to enjoy the outstanding flavours and aromas of authentic Tajines, Pastillas and Couscous.

These dishes along with the amazing Moroccan Mint Tea Ceremony trace the country’s long history of generosity and hospitality. In 2010, UNESCO listed Moroccan cuisine as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

Discover other elements of Moroccan culture throughout the festival such as the positive health benefits of Argan Oil, which has become famous the world over as a popular wellness ingredient. Plus try a complimentary traditional Henna tattoo applied by a talented artist flown especially from Morocco!

A Taste of Morocco will continue until Friday, December 7, 2018 with Moroccan cuisine available every day in Patummat Restaurant, as part of the lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch buffets.
