Perched on a serene Peloponnese hillside with endless views across the Aegean Sea, Amanzoe stands as a modern-day Acropolis, enveloped by fragrant gardens and ancient olive groves. Have reopened for the 2026 season on 1 April, the resort now invites guests to rediscover its singular setting with a refreshed programme of experiences. In tune with spring’s spirit of renewal, a collection of new transformative wellness, cultural and culinary offerings form the perfect opportunity for making long lasting memories.

Transformative Wellness
For those seeking seasonal restoration and balance, the Aman Spa at Amanzoe remains a sanctuary of holistic wellbeing. New for 2026, the Purification Hammam Ritual, a 120-minute journey inspired by Greek apothecary traditions. Beginning with a warm aromatic mist infused with wild mountain tea, sage and fresh bay leaves, experience a practice once used in ancient Asklepieia to cleanse both body and mind. Olive leaf black soap softens the skin ahead of a traditional exfoliation using a fine olive and grapeseed scrub, followed by warm water to wash away tension. A nourishing massage with olive oil, thyme and rosemary ignites the senses, before a moment of stillness with a cooling lavender compress.

Elsewhere, the Dawn of Stillness programme begins the day with intention through a 90-minute sunrise ritual combining gentle yoga, mindfulness and sound healing. Starting with soft movement to awaken the body and breath, the session transitions into weightless meditation supported by water, accompanied by sound vibration therapy. Leave feeling a deep sense of calm yet gently energised, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.

Natural Discovery
Surrounded by spellbinding natural beauty, Amanzoe’s hilltop to shoreside setting provides the perfect base for boundless exploration. New for the season, a 90-minute circular scenic coastal walk traversing olive groves and fragrant pine forests takes guests from Amanzoe’s Beach Club to Korakia. Covering six kilometres with a gentle incline, the route reveals sweeping views across the Argolic Gulf, Porto Heli and the island of Spetses, combining light movement with time spent connecting with nature.

Journey into the intellectual heritage of Greece with From the Cave to the Cosmos Greek Mythology, Language and Philosophy, an interactive series exploring ancient mythology, language and philosophy. Guided by a local expert, the four-part programme traces the evolution of the Greek language, the creation of the first complete alphabet and the birth of philosophical thought, alongside stories and legends that still shape our understanding today. Sessions include Plato: The Allegory of the Cave, Greek Mythology, Modern and Ancient: A Timeless Connection and Let’s Learn Some Greek.

Then later, as night falls, Discover the Cosmos offers a journey into the night sky through solar observation and stargazing sessions led by Dr Emmanuel Apostolakis, an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience as head of Greece’s largest educational observatory, National Observatory of Athens. Using a Hyperion Telescope, one of the most advanced privately owned telescopes in the region, guests can observe the sun by day or explore after dark with each session accompanied by a refreshing aperitif.

Culinary Journeys
Amanzoe’s gastronomic landscape continues to evolve and diversify throughout the season ahead with the introduction of refined culinary concepts that celebrate both global and local heritage, guided by the vision of new F&B Director, Jose Diogo Costa.

At Akari, a new omakase experience sees an ever-changing multi-course journey shaped by the freshest daily ingredients, the intensity of the fire and principles of washoku dining tradition. Placing trust in the hands of the chef, each menu expresses a balance of raw purity, refined technique and charcoal depth, with a full view of the culinary artists at work through an open kitchen.
Meanwhile, on the shore, Nura presents a reimagined Beach Club concept. By day, it serves as a relaxed setting for coastal dining, and by night, transitions into a lively beachside restaurant, with a convivial atmosphere that reflects the warmth of Greek hospitality through Aman’s lens.

Finally, the resort’s own Bostani (garden) kitchen welcomes a new producer-to-table concept, every Monday showcasing local artisans and their produce in every detail, from the ceramics and serving ware to the ingredients served. The menu includes dishes that reflect authentic Peloponnese flavours.
