Perched on a serene Peloponnese hillside with endless views across the Aegean Sea, Amanzoe stands as a modern-day Acropolis, enveloped by fragrant gardens and ancient olive groves. Now reopened for the 2025 season, the resort introduces a host of experiences designed to capture the spirit of renewal that spring brings. From sharing a romantic bostani (garden) private dining experience, to adventuring to nearby islands by yacht, a collection of new adventures forms the perfect platform for making memories.

World-Leading Wellness

For those seeking serene time-out, no setting is better suited than Amanzoe’s Spa, a sanctuary dedicated to wellbeing. New for 2025 is the Ultimate Couple’s Escape, bringing together romance and relaxation in a serenely private setting. The treatment includes private access to a heated pool and steam room, accompanied by nourishing refreshments and a personalised 60-minute massage. Ideal for honeymooners, anniversaries and celebrations, the experience encourages peace of mind while also fostering reconnection.

Additionally, this year sees the arrival of Building Mental Resilience by Maria Sharapova, a programme running for the course of the season, and designed in partnership with the former Aman Wellness Ambassador, Maria Sharapova. Following the success of her hosting a retreat in 2024, the immersive journey aims to treat the body, mind and spirit as a whole. The experience, based on what she developed previously, includes 60-minutes of Symmetria, a signature workout inspired by ancient Greek calisthenics that enhances strength, balance and mobility, and a 60-minute hitting session with a tennis pro. The opportunity to sharpen mental focus is found in the choice of a 30-minute Chanting Meditation or Trataka Meditation to cultivate clarity and calm. The journey concludes with either a passive stretching class, cold plunge, steam room and sauna or a 60-minute Thai massage, offering total physical and mental rejuvenation.

Adventures On Land & At Sea

With spring bringing new life to the resort’s surrounds, outdoor enthusiasts are invited to immerse themselves in the rugged beauty of the nearby town of Ermioni. From here, a new collection of guided hikes and cycling excursions wind through forested hillsides and along coastal trails, in varying lengths suited to all abilities.

For those drawn to the water, a range of island-hopping itineraries offer journeys to hidden shores and coves, complete with snorkeling and refreshments. Guests can choose from Amanzoe’s newly enhanced fleet – including a Princess V50, Princess 45 Flybridge and Pershing 62 – complemented by a choice of half- or full-day charters departing daily from the Beach Club. Trips include visits to the car-free island of Spetses, known for its sea-faring traditions, neoclassical mansions and horse-drawn carriages or to picturesque Hydra, renowned for its vibrant dining scene. For special occasions, a romantic picnic in a secluded cove can also be arranged.

New Family Traditions

Designed by award-winning architect Ed Tuttle, Amanzoe’s collection of one- to nine-bedroom villas bring groups together in blissful seclusion with easy access to all the resort’s amenities. New this year is an additional three-bedroom property, ideal for families. With meals prepared by a personal chef and a dedicated host tending to every need, each villa features an expansive private pool, landscaped gardens and a large terrace encouraging outdoor entertaining. The largest ‘Villa 20’ comes with its own spa and multiple pools.

Further enhancing Amanzoe’s family appeal, a new Family Experience Guide now showcases the abundance of age-tailored activities on offer, with a host of additional experiences for 2025. Little ones can try their hand at botany in the resort’s organic garden; learn the art of ceramics; immerse in the local way of living through Greek dancing; venture to a nearby working farm; or relax with a child-friendly yoga session or olive oil massage. Whether unleashing their creativity or cultivating environmental awareness, each experience has been designed to help little explorers discover a new appreciation for the natural world.

Culinary Exploration

Now welcoming both guests and non-residents, the latter by advanced reservation, Nama, Aman’s tribute to Japanese culinary tradition, opens for both lunch and dinner. Adding to the resort’s diverse culinary offerings, Nama welcomes an elegant new addition, Nama Lounge. A serene poolside location with panoramic views, Nama Lounge invites guests to relax with expertly crafted cocktails and Japanese small plates.

Meanwhile, Nura, the brand’s Mediterranean-inspired beach club restaurant, hosts an exclusive new dining series once a month on the shores of Korakia Beach. The first event, on 9 August 2025, will see celebrated chef, Tom Aikens, travel from England to collaborate with Amanzoe’s chefs in an exclusive ‘four hands’ dinner served directly on the sand.

Finally, Amanzoe’s own bostani garden lends its organic setting to new evening private dining experiences in addition to its popular family-style breakfast. With a dedicated chef on hand, a bespoke dinner is be prepared and enjoyed under the garden’s olive trees and made with ingredients sourced from the garden. A new romantic dining experience is also offered at Nama, seeing the central pool lit with an abundance of floating candles.
