The 544-unit pet-friendly campus condominium near Kasetsart University, Bang Khen, will offer a lifestyle community concept, with prices starting at THB 1.99 million.

AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), led by Mr Kromchet Vipanpong, Chief Executive Officer, and Ms Patchara Praphanwatthana, Senior Managing Director of the Condominium Business Group, together with the company’s executive team, has signed a joint venture agreement with Tokyo Tatemono (Thailand) Co., Ltd., part of Japan-based Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd., represented by Mr Noriaki Handa, Managing Director.
Under the agreement, AssetWise will hold a 51% stake, while Tokyo Tatemono will hold the remaining 49%, in the development of KAVE Bloom Kaset, a new 544-unit pet-friendly campus condominium near Kasetsart University’s Bang Khen campus.
Designed around the concept of a “Lifestyle Community,” the project aims to create spaces that reflect the lifestyles of the younger generation, encouraging residents to enjoy everyday life, explore new experiences and grow together. Prices will start at THB 1.99 million, with reservations scheduled to open in late October 2026.
AssetWise and Tokyo Tatemono Group have previously partnered on two condominium developments in high-potential locations: Atmoz Oasis Onnut and KAVE COCO Bangsaen. The addition of KAVE Bloom Kaset underscores the continuity of the two companies’ strategic partnership and their confidence in Thailand’s residential property market, particularly the condominium segment near educational institutions and in locations that attract demand from younger buyers.
