BEST DEVELOPER 2025 THE RIVIERA GROUP CONTINUES TO RISE

The Riviera Group have been busy lately. Last month they featured heavily in REm, this month repeats the journey. No other Property Developer in Pattaya has won so many awards and achievement recognitions than The Riviera Group. Justifiably too, 5-star hotel-like Condominiums different from the rest is their Mantra, a happy partnership of quality products agents can rely upon and buyers can enjoy or indeed make money out of short and long-term.

‘THE’ Award

This month’s front cover features the most prestigious award a Property Developer could hope to possibly win in Pattaya, known as “The Best Developer Eastern Seaboard 2025” won this year by ‘The Riviera Group’. Not the first time either that they have scooped up this special award (won in 2023 also). Thailand Property Awards this year held their 20^th Anniversary of Recognizing Thailand’s Top Property performers at the Dusit Thani, Bangkok. Winston and Sukanya Gale, Owner Developers of The Riviera Group were in Europe at the time but were delighted for their Group Sales Manager Khun Jirat Wongvisuttikul and Senior Sales Manager Khun Kanrutai Wongvisuttikul to take to the stage.

Speaking to Winston very briefly he said of the occasion, “Great for the team, great for the brand, great to be acknowledged that we have made a real impact in the Pattaya real estate market.” Impact indeed, they have launched ‘Santa Monica’, ‘California’ and their first Low-Rise Development ‘Beverly Hills’ all in the last 12 months to a positive reaction by buyers and agents alike. Sales from accounts seem strong and as usual, the projects upon inspection are assured to be destinations in their own rights and varying locations.

EIA Planning Granted – Santa Monica

Positive news continues to flow as they have also announced that their High-rise Development ‘Santa Monica’ has passed EIA planning and construction is planned to start immediately with the Piling phase towards the end of this month. This time next year, the building should be 30 floors out the ground heading to its 34^th Floor roof top. 447 Rooms are being built with over 75% sold already since their launch. The project, located in Jomtien very close to ‘The Riviera Jomtien’ boasts the most amount of facilities ever in the Groups portfolio. An exciting project to keep an eye on and we will check in with them later next year.

The Riviera Malibu

Also making news is their almost sold-out project in Pratumnak, The Riviera Malibu. The project that started the LA concept projects the company has started to deliver to the market since 2024. The Roof top was finally poured and completed with a small celebratory gathering of Senior Team members as seen below. The project due to finish late next year comprises of 274 units only and also like their Santa Monica project is loaded with facilities and unusual recreational features such as a double bowling alley. Already commanding a dominating position on the Pratumnak skyline, today, there are only 2 units left, one being a stunning Duplex for that lucky buyer.
