Beer Republic, the popular destination for beer lovers, sports fans and live music enthusiasts at Holiday Inn Bangkok, is bringing back the festive spirit of Oktoberfest with an even bigger and more vibrant celebration.
While wearing traditional lederhosen and classic German hats under Thailand’s tropical heat may be a challenge, for those who love the lively atmosphere of German celebrations, hearty Bavarian cuisine and exceptional German beer, Oktoberfest remains one of the year’s most unmissable festivals.
Held annually at Beer Republic, this year’s Oktoberfest celebration will take place from 19 September to 25 October 2026, inviting guests to indulge in an impressive selection of authentic German-inspired dishes and premium beers.
The specially curated Oktoberfest menu features a range of hearty favourites, including the Bratwurst Pork Hot Dog with Homemade Sauerkraut, as well as the classic Wiener Schnitzel, featuring breaded pork escalope served with fries, lemon and cucumber salad.
For those looking to enjoy a feast with friends, the Bavarian Wurst Plate offers a generous selection of three German-style sausages on one platter: Käsekrainer cheese sausage, Münchner sausages and Bauerbratwurst sausage.
Another Oktoberfest highlight is the iconic Schweinshaxe, or traditional German pork knuckle, served with Bratkartoffeln—German-style fried potatoes with onions and bacon—alongside sauerkraut, potato dumplings and rich, authentic gravy.
No Oktoberfest celebration would be complete without beer. Beer Republic will offer a specially selected range of German draft beers, with alcohol content ranging from 5.1% to 6.3%, available in half-pint, pint and litre servings.
Wheat beer enthusiasts can enjoy the smooth and aromatic Hofbräu Münchner Weisse and Maisel’s Weisse, while the festive selection also includes Hofbräu Oktoberfestbier and Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Dunkel, a rich and smooth dark wheat beer that perfectly complements the celebratory atmosphere.
The special Oktoberfest menu will be available from 19 September to 25 October 2026, from 11:30 AM to midnight. Food prices start from THB 160++ per dish, while German draft beers start from THB 165++ per glass.
