Man Ho Chinese Restaurant at JW Marriott Bangkok welcomes the change of season with Autumn Delicacies, a limited-time à la carte menu inspired by China’s seasonal ingredients and culinary traditions. Thoughtfully composed for family gatherings and business celebrations alike, each experience draws on traditional symbolism, classic techniques, and generous family-style presentation.

Available through 31 October 2026, the six-dish selection by Executive Chinese Chef Jack Wang reflects the Chinese culinary appreciation for seasonal eating, when warming soups, slow-braised dishes and nourishing ingredients take center stage. Drawing on traditional preparations and premium produce, the menu brings together seafood, meats and vegetables alongside ingredients such as pumpkin, morel mushrooms, dried scallops and snow pear, each chosen for its distinctive flavor and texture.
Among the highlights is Baked Boston Lobster with Pumpkin Golden Broth, featuring succulent lobster coated in a golden pumpkin sauce. The natural sweetness of the seafood is complemented by the mellow, earthy character of pumpkin, an ingredient closely associated with autumn harvests.
The Steamed Black Grouper with Aged Chinese Rice Wine draws on one of Chinese cuisine’s most respected cooking methods. Steamed whole to preserve its delicate texture and natural sweetness, the fish is served with finely shredded aromatics and a sauce enriched with aged Chinese rice wine, lending depth without overpowering the seafood.

For a heartier option, Pan-Seared Wagyu Beef with Aged Soy Reduction pairs tender pieces of wagyu with a glossy sauce. Accompanied by colorful vegetables, the dish combines the beef’s natural richness with the complex umami notes of aged soy.
Completing the menu is Double-Boiled Snow Pear with Red Dates and Snow Fungus, a traditional Chinese dessert often enjoyed during the cooler months. Snow pear, prized in Chinese food culture for its refreshing qualities, is gently cooked with red dates and snow fungus to create a lightly sweetened dessert with contrasting textures, it offers a refreshing conclusion to the meal.
Guests are invited to savor the rich flavors of the season with an exquisite selection of Autumn Delicacies, thoughtfully crafted and available à la carte, with prices starting from THB 390++ per dish.
