– DAY 1: THURSDAY –
Antto and Tables: Launching ‘Gathering Tables Wonderfruit’

This standing-only dinner has no fixed courses, no pre-determined places, where small, improvisational dishes pass from person to person. In honor of this community-inspired event, all profits will be donated to the Child Protection and Development Center. Starting at 6pm, this meal launches both ‘Gathering Tables Wonderfruit’ by artist Pinaree Sanpitak and Wandering Kitchen, a brand-new dining venue on wheels. All profits from Wandering Kitchen events will be donated to the Prince of Songkla University (PSU) to support the flood relief effort in Hat Yai. Only 70 spots available at THB 4,500 per guest. A Soulful Feast by the Embers

From 7pm, Thai fine dining restaurant Kwann’s Chef Joe presents a menu of smoked and fire-cooked dishes brimming with Thai Soul, from Gaeng Som Goong and Leek Oyster Skewers to locally-sourced Wagyu Sundried Beef. Taste Sound

Electric Sheep’s Chef duo Amerigo Tito Sesti and Yoan Martin and Modern Biology present an immersive headphone experience, where each ingredient’s bio-electrical signals are translated into sound and improvised music. Una Domenica on a Friday

Starting at 7pm at brand-new food venue Theatre of Pizza, renowned chefs from Fuori Posto and Peppina join to reproduce an Italian tradition of Sunday family dining, La Domenica—but on a Friday. Expect a regional twist on Italian favorites, like classic Neapolitan pizza drizzled with Thai curry coconut oil and flame-grilled pineapple with SangSom Rum and basil mascarpone cream. Hikari no Asa: Light of the Morning

On both Saturday and Sunday morning at 6am, a wholesome Japanese breakfast will be served at Wonder Kitchen for early risers and late-late-night revellers. Pick and mix your plate, selecting from a range of onigiri fillings or a hot bowl of ochazuke, with miso soup, side-dishes and a traditional dessert. Molam Dew Point Breakfast Club

During the sunrise act of Paradise Bangkok Molkam International Band at Solar Village (our celebratory centerpiece guided by the sun), Chef Antto and Wandering Kitchen will arrive at 5am to offer a gentle entry to dawn. Stop by for bowls of gently simmered grains, broths and porridges, served with light sides like pickles and chutneys. No reservations, very limited quantities available—first come, first served. Saturday Disco Brunch

From 9am–2pm at Neramit, enjoy the usual spread of elevated dining alongside our very first day party. With full shade, groove along to upbeat sets from PARK:ING and T.E.P that span everything from sun-soaked house to funk and cosmic disco. Mountain to Table: An Indigenous Karen Journey of Wild Forest Flavors

At 1pm, head to Wonder Kitchen for a lunch prepared by students from the Hospitality and Catering Training Center at Mae Sot, rooted in their Karen heritage and traditions of living in harmony with nature. From Laab Ka Rieng made from forest-foraged herbs, to hand-rolled sticky rice balls, each recipe is deeply linked to Karen community and village life. Available at THB 2,500 per guest. RESERVE →
Fuori Posto

At 7pm, Allen Huynh, Melissa Bossou and Federico Fulceri reunite in the kitchen to present a dinner that culminates years of working together in Osterica Francescana (awarded three Michelin stars and first in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants both in 2016 and 2018). Theatre of Dough and What Goes On It

For dinner at the new Theatre of Pizza, local eclectic pizzeria Maru Maru Pizza will serve a dinner that explores (and deconstructs) different variations of what it means to be a pizza. It’s a dinner that bends the definitions of this doughy dish, deconstructing it down to flour, water and yeast. Starts at 6pm, priced at THB 3,900 per person. RESERVE →
Renegade Cooking Party

At 10pm, Wandering Kitchen reappears at brand-new venue Our Parkland, a brand new venue appearing within a circle of Chamchuri trees. A late-night ritual offers free-flow wine, beer and warm curry foraged from The Fields as cooks make music and musicians make food together. As a Wandering Kitchen event, all profits will go to Prince of Songkla University to support flood relief in the South. Running until midnight, this event is reservation only, priced at THB 2,000. La Ressurección: A Mexican Brunch Revival

If Sunday’s Japanese breakfast is too early, heal what ails you at Chef Mauricio Rosales Ungson’s brunch, starting at 11am. Enjoy sweet and savory Mexican dishes like Enchiladas with braised duck, Pan Francés de Tres Leches and slow-cooked eggs in Salsa Verde—and 2 hours of free flow cocktails. Sam-Sub: 3 Chefs, 3 Cuts, 3 Decisions

For the last chef’s table event of Wonderfruit 2025, join Chef Chalee of Wana Yook, Samrub Samrub Thai’s Chef Prin and Soma’s Chef Num for 12 courses, each created by chance.
