City Dynamic, a joint venture between City Realty and Swire Properties, developer of Upper House Residences Bangkok and The Wireless Residences by Upper House, opened its doors to VIP and honourable guests for an exclusive evening at the Upper House Residences Sales Gallery.

The evening brought together distinguished guests and senior management, including Chali Sophonpanich, President of City Realty; Mabelle Ma, Chief Development Officer, Swire Properties; Adrian To, Director of Residential, Swire Properties; Toby Smith, Chief Commercial Officer, Swire Hotels; Hoss Vetry, Managing Director, Swire Hotels; and Casey Au and Thomas Woolsey, Co-Managing Directors of City Dynamic, hosts of the exclusive evening.

Under the concept, “Where the Park Meets the Sky”, the evening took guests on a journey from the tranquillity of Lumphini Park to the elevated world of Upper House. A Thai-Chinese concept carried the evening, beginning with a contemporary lion dance ceremony and continuing with a unique culinary experience and signature cocktails reflecting the respective rich cultures.

Guests toured three show units and explored a specially curated art installation. The experience offered an introduction to the design vision, architectural features, and lifestyle offerings of both developments.

Upper House Residences Bangkok and The Wireless Residences by Upper House, the world’s first ever Upper House branded residences, sit on a freehold site on Wireless Road, with architecture by Foster + Partners through F&P (Thailand) Ltd., and gardens and sky terraces by P Landscape.

Upper House Residences Bangkok is a 52-storey, 156-unit tower with interiors by BAR Studio. The Wireless Residences by Upper House is a 71-storey, 239-unit tower with interiors by PIA Interior, designed around multi-generational living.

Upper House Residences Bangkok is scheduled for completion by 2030, followed by The Wireless Residences by Upper House in 2031.
