This month REm had the pleasure to sit down and talk with Mr Jirapol Rujivipat, Managing Director Primus Autohouse Co ltd., he talked about his company’s journey Primus Autohaus, Primus Pattaya and Mercedes Benz the German luxury and commercial vehicle automotive brand.

Being appointed as Mercedes Benz dealers in Pattaya, Chonburi underscores the success of Benz Primus. We officially launched our first showroom and service centre in the Ekamai area of Bangkok in 2019 instantly creating and setting new standards and concepts in the automotive sales and service industry here in Thailand. This was Mercedes Benz – Germany’s first modern and fully integrated prototype showroom in the whole of Thailand.

Together these policies along with hand work have been the backbone of our success selling over 3,000 cars and dealing with 32,000 customers in the past 4 and a half years.

Another very proud moment for us is achieving NO.1 status in CSI, Customer Service Index (CSI) Study and in addition to this won Workshop of the Year 2023 and 2022 After-Sales Service Award also making the most sales with electric cars and ultra-luxury vehicles such as Maybach.

We chose two areas to develop our showroom and service centre – Primus Pattaya South and Primus Na Jomtien this covers the region and gives us the correct space for a showroom and fully equipped service facility.

Here in Pattaya we are replicating our Bangkok model with Sales – Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-EQ cars and Mercedes-Certified Used cars a service center that can be called ‘The most comprehensive’ and also a paint and body repair service that provides both heavy repair work and light repair work, the largest in the region.
