South American and Italian dining, Christmas traditions and a casino Royale-themed New Year’s Eve gala shape a season of celebrations by the Gulf of Thailand 

Hua Hin, Thailand – Dusit Thani Hua Hin will celebrate Christmas and welcome 2027 with The Art of Celebration, a festive programme running from 24 December 2026 to 1 January 2027. Bringing together the resort’s beachfront setting and distinctive dining venues, the programme spans Christmas Eve dinners, Christmas Day brunch and Italian dining, followed by two New Year’s Eve celebrations, fireworks and a relaxed start to the new year.

At the heart of the programme is a choice of settings and culinary experiences: Christmas traditions at Lagoon Lawn, South American flavours at Nómada, and an Italian festive menu at San Marco. Families, couples and friends can gather for the occasion that suits them, whether an afternoon by the sea or an evening of dining, music and celebration.

Christmas at the coast

On 24 December, Winter Wonderland Christmas Eve brings festive dining to Lagoon Lawn from 18:00 to 22:00. Freshly grilled seafood and traditional Christmas favourites are accompanied by seasonal décor and a live band performing holiday melodies. Lucky draws and a visit from Santa Claus complete the evening.

The dinner is priced at THB 3,250 net per adult and THB 1,625 net per child aged 6–11. Dusit Gold members who reserve and pay in full by 15 November 2026 enjoy 15% savings on food.

For a different expression of Christmas Eve, Fiesta de Navidad at Nómada presents a four-course festive set menu inspired by South American cuisine. Served from 18:00 to 22:00, the menu brings vibrant flavours to a seaside setting. Prices are THB 2,200 net per adult and THB 1,100 net per child aged 6–11.

On 25 December, the celebrations continue with Nómada Christmas Brunch, served from 12:00 to 16:00. The all-you-can-eat South American-style selection features fresh oysters, premium cuts of meat and grilled seafood, with music from a DJ and saxophonist. Food-only prices are THB 1,999 net per adult and THB 1,000 net per child aged 6–11.

That evening, San Marco Joyful Holiday Dinner offers an Italian Christmas gathering from 18:00 to 22:00. The festive set menu features charcuterie, Italian cheeses, fresh salads, soups, roasted meats and desserts. Food-only prices are THB 1,400 net per adult and THB 700 net per child aged 6–11, with 10% savings on food for Dusit Gold members.

On 26 December, Fishermen’s Festive Night at The Restaurant showcases seafood and premium meats, including lobster and the catch of the day. Live grilling stations sit alongside Thai and international favourites, with dinner served from 18:00 to 22:00. Prices are THB 1,900 net per adult and THB 950 net per child aged 6–11. Two settings for New Year’s Eve

On 31 December, A Night of Mystery & Elegance New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner brings a Casino Royale theme to Lagoon Lawn. From 18:00 to midnight, international dining, live entertainment and performances unfold beneath the stars. Lucky draws lead into the countdown, with fireworks marking the arrival of 2027.

The gala is priced at THB 5,999 net per adult and THB 3,000 net per child aged 6–11. Dusit Gold members who reserve and pay in full by 15 November 2026 enjoy 15% savings on food.

Along the beachfront, Nómada Beach Bonanza New Year’s Eve Party offers a lively alternative from 18:00 to midnight. Chef André and his team present a Grill Carnival of flame-grilled meats, fresh seafood and oysters. Crafted drinks and a beach fire show add to the evening before guests gather for the midnight countdown and fireworks. Prices are THB 4,650 net per adult and THB 2,325 net per child aged 6–11.

The first hours and flavours of 2027

After the countdown, Nómada Moonlight Party continues the celebrations from 00:15 to 02:00 on 1 January 2027, with music and dancing under the stars. A free-flow drinks package, including beer, wine, cocktails and sparkling wine, is available at THB 1,400 net per person.

Later that day, Nómada New Year Hangover Brunch offers an unhurried afternoon by the sea from 12:00 to 16:00. Mediterranean and Italian-inspired dishes are served alongside fresh oysters, premium cuts of meat and grilled seafood, accompanied by saxophone music.
