Dusit Thani Hua Hin invites guests to celebrate the joy of Easter with a festive buffet evening at San Marco, offering a delightful culinary experience that brings together seasonal flavours, warm hospitality and the spirit of togetherness in a relaxed seaside setting.

Taking place on 5 April 2026 from 18:00 to 22:00 at San Marco Restaurant on the ground floor of Dusit Thani Hua Hin, the special Easter dining experience has been thoughtfully curated by Manohar Lal, Executive Sous Chef, presenting an abundant spread of international dishes and seasonal favourites designed to be enjoyed with family and friends.
Guests can begin the evening with a vibrant selection of salads and appetisers including Classic Caesar Salad, Greek Salad, Roasted Pumpkin and Quinoa Salad, and Beetroot with Feta. A smoked salmon platter, devilled eggs, and an assortment of cold cuts and cheeses add to the opening selection, alongside freshly baked artisan breads such as traditional Easter hot cross buns, brioche rolls and lavash served with butter and fruit preserves.

Seafood lovers will enjoy the poached seafood selection featuring prawns, squid and mussels served with chilli butter sauce. One of the highlights of the evening is the live carving station, where chefs will serve succulent Roast Leg of Lamb with rosemary jus and honey-glazed ham accompanied by mint sauce, mustard and apple sauce.
The hot buffet continues with a comforting selection of international classics including Beef Bourguignon, grilled seabass with lemon butter, baked lasagna, roasted baby potatoes, buttered seasonal vegetables and Thai green curry served with fragrant jasmine rice. Families dining together can also enjoy a Mini Burger and Pizza Corner, adding a playful touch to the celebration for guests of all ages.

To conclude the evening, guests can indulge in an extensive dessert station featuring carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, strawberry shortcake, mango mousse, assorted macarons, chocolate Easter eggs and a chocolate fountain served with marshmallows and fresh fruits, alongside an ice cream station and seasonal fruits.
