Dusit Thani Hua Hin introduces Fishermen Night Market Buffet – Come 4, Pay Only 3, a weekly Saturday dining experience offering an abundant spread of seafood and international cuisine in a relaxed setting.

Held every Saturday evening, the buffet presents an extensive selection of grilled seafood, including sea prawns, mantis shrimps, blue crab, sea bass baked in banana leaf with Thai herbs, mussels, razor clams and squid, served with zesty Thai dipping sauces. Guests may also enjoy dishes prepared fresh from the open kitchen, such as Phetchaburi-style rice noodles with fish balls in coconut milk and pineapple, braised chicken noodle soup, and made-to-order pasta, alongside international favourites including roasts, fragrant curries, sizzling stir-fries, sushi, sashimi, antipasto and crisp salads.

The evening concludes with an extensive dessert selection, ranging from mango sticky rice and strawberry cheesecake to passion fruit mousse, coconut and pandan cake, coffee panna cotta, traditional Thai sweets and ice cream, with unlimited free-flow soft drinks throughout the meal.
