Twist serves an array of healthy Thai and international dishes, this all-day restaurant, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and in the evening, the calm and casual eatery transforms into a more intimate dining experience. Locally sourced seafood, meats, and seasonal produce paired with a variety of beverage options.
T55 New York Grill Room takes its inspiration from the New York City’s Meatpacking District serving prime cuts of dry aged beef, complemented by a wide range of wines giving you a true grill room experience. Prime’ cuts of meat mostly imported with Black Angus Beef from USA to Lamb from Western Australia whether striploin, ribeye, tenderloin on or off the bone T55 have it sorted there’s even a Lamb Tomahawk.
Other dishes include Charred Bone Marrow-Beef cheek with caramelized onions, salt flakes, potato crisps, BBQ Ribs, Shellfish Mac ‘N’ Cheese, Porcini Ravioli as well as an array of Seafood dishes, deserts a Meatpacking Burger, Lobster Roll and much more.
The hotel’s third offering is La Costa Bar the perfect place to relax and enjoy the time with signature cocktails, cold beer, small snacks, and ice cream in the creative setting: a swim-up bar, a pool deck, and a special sand area with over-sized bean bags.
