Prepared fresh at the sushi counter, each piece is served directly from the chef to guests for the ultimate handroll experience.

The Handroll set menus are exclusively available at the sushi counter, highlighting the charm of traditional Japanese sushi dining, where guests can interact with the chef throughout the meal. Each handroll is carefully prepared and served one by one, allowing diners to enjoy the harmony of warm rice, fresh ingredients, and crisp nori from the first bite to the last.
