The ‘T-bone Surf & Turf’ gives various tastes in a dish, a 600-gram T-bone comes with a lobster. T-bone allows you to enjoy two different meats in the same time, soft tenderloin and juicy striploin while a lobster offers succulent and sweet taste. Chefs present a pan-seared T-bone and a grilled lobster with butter and tarragon served with Hollandaise sauce, peppercorn sauce, fennel and Champignon salad.

‘Ribeye’ is one of the most popular cut, which offers melt-in-your-mouth meat. Chefs introduce a pan-seared Ribeye with Béarnaise sauce, peppercorn sauce, grilled asparagus and baby carrot. A single and sharing serves are available at THB 1,650 nett for boneless 300 grams and THB 3,250 nett for bone-in 1,000 grams.

Chefs invite you to experience an intense meat of ‘Flank in Argentina Style’, a pan-seared Flank served with Chimichurri sauce, Salsa Criolla, salt and Argentina-style stir-fired sweet potatoes, black beans and corns.
