InterContinental Bangkok invites guests to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with its exclusive 2026 Mooncake Collection, where timeless Chinese heritage meets contemporary luxury. Beautifully presented in an exquisitely designed gift box, this year’s collection symbolises prosperity, harmony and meaningful new beginnings, making it the perfect gift for family, friends, colleagues and valued business partners.
Inspired by the spirit of movement, unity and celebration in Chinese culture, the 2026 mooncake gift box reimagines traditional artistry through a modern design language. Rich royal purple, representing nobility and prosperity, is elegantly contrasted with intricate turquoise cut-out detailing to create a contemporary visual statement. Delicate gold accents and the iconic InterContinental Bangkok emblem further elevate the presentation, while flowing circular motifs evoke the beauty of the full moon—a timeless symbol of reunion, harmony and togetherness.
The collection features four meticulously crafted flavours, each honouring traditional recipes while appealing to contemporary palates:

The 2026 Mooncake Collection will be available from 1 July to 25 September 2026 at Butter, the hotel’s signature pâtisserie, daily from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and at Summer Palace, the hotel’s award-winning Cantonese restaurant, from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
