The second phase of Longevity Pathways, uniting elite training, mindful rituals and restorative techniques over the course of three days.

Amanyara, Turks & Caicos Islands

Continuing the evolution of a masterful union, Aman Global Ambassador and Wellness Advisor, Novak Djokovic, are delighted to unveil a new Mobility and Recovery Programme, now available across five of Aman’s iconic sanctuaries. The programmes follow the success of the three-night retreat he led at Amanyara in November last year and combine racquet training, strength and conditioning and restorative therapies with mindfulness practices. Offering a privileged insight into the methods behind Djokovic’s own legendary career, the wellness journeys are available year-round.

Rooted in Aman’s holistic wellness and longevity philosophy, the wellness journey reflects the shared vision of empowering individuals not only to live longer, but better. Through a carefully curated series of sessions, guests gain insight into the techniques that have shaped one of the world’s greatest athletes, forming a foundation for sustained wellbeing that extends far beyond their stay.

“It has been a true pleasure to develop programmes and retreats that not only enhance participants’ immediate sense of wellbeing but also reflect our shared commitment to longevity,” said Djokovic, speaking on his developing Aman partnership and the new programme, “Recovery goes beyond physical rest. In this programme we work through my rituals to arm participants with the tools they need to sustain lasting vitality.”

The Programme

Taking place over the course of three nights, the itineraries serves as a holistic reset, nurturing physical, mental and spiritual growth. By harnessing the serene settings of its chosen destinations,  the retreat supports not only physical optimisation, but mental clarity and inner balance.

Across locations, day one begins with a personalised orientation and in-depth consultation, allowing practitioners to tailor the programme to suit individual needs, followed by a movement session such as Pilates or conditioning to strengthen and stabilise the body. Later, hydrotherapy experiences and therapeutic spa treatments such as massage, acupuncture or reflexology support muscular release and lymphatic detoxification, preparing the body for restoration.

On the second day, breathwork and gentle movement set the tone, fostering balance and focus ahead of on-court tennis training with a professional coach. Manual stretching sessions enhance flexibility and ease muscular tension, while thermal experiences, such as Aman’s signature Banya ritual, stimulate circulation and support the immune system.

Aman Nai Lert Bangkok, Thailand

The final day centres on integration and renewal. Sessions such as pranayama or sound healing restore energetic flow and encourage deep relaxation, while signature Aman spa treatments complete the journey, leaving guests with a renewed sense of vitality on departure.

The Mobility and Recovery Programme is available at five unique Aman sanctuaries:

A Union of Mastery
