Jetts 24 Hour Fitness recently launched a rooftop training deck in the heart of Bangkok CBD at its Asoke club.

Equipped with a line of functional training equipment, the top-floor deck is an ideal space for exercise enthusiasts who prefer breaking a sweat in a fresh and open-air environment, and also serves as PT training ground and a venue for occasional events and live entertainment.

Superfit celebrities joined the launch event where they profusely demonstrated their fitness with a set of challenging physical workout like bear crawl, box squat, ball slam, and sled push, as well as revealing their fitness routines.

Sporty actress Wan Wan – Aroonnapa Panichjaroon, who instantly had a crush on challenging workout on the first attempt, said: “This is high-intensity exercise that takes only 90 seconds and focuses on core muscles like legs and back. I can feel the fun vibes of interval exercise that moves forward from station to station, which is contrary to bored stiff running on a treadmill.”

Pattaranan Deeratsamee, also known as famous singer Nannie Girly Berry,  who was once regularly engaged in outdoor exercise and now turned gym frequenter explained the reasons to adopt a gym lifestyle: “Working out at the gym is a great way to focus on body shaping. A fitness with 24/7 access like Jetts really fits with my lifestyle as I can simply drop in anytime I wish.”

Similar to Karn Chatikavanij, a young businesswoman, who expressed her impressions at Jetts: “I love the environment here where trainers and staff are friendly and helpful and give me solid support to get out of feeling uncomfortable and awkward with exercise equipment. I also love LES MILLS BARRE, a modern version of classic balletic training that gives me a buzz.”

Actor and content creator Piyapol Muangmee is equally excited with the outdoor training ambiance at Jetts Asoke club. “This is a great hideaway in the heart of Bangkok. My favourite sport is football, which I play once or twice a week, plus training at gym three–four times a week,” he said.

Workout enthusiast Piyarom Pasakdee who effortlessly passed the three challenging workout stations. “These fast workout sessions are great for arm, leg and all core muscles. I feel tired, but not too exhausted, as the intensity of the moves is moderate.”

Professional MC and news anchor Vatit Treekrutphan added: “What I love most about Jetts is the state-of-the-art exercise equipment. There’s nothing worse than working out at the gym with old and weary equipment. The outdoor training ground is also great and not what you usually find at other gyms in Thailand.”
