Introducing the first Louis Vuitton restaurant in South Asia, Gaggan at Louis Vuitton will take diners on a culinary journey to discover bespoke menus celebrating the creative collaboration between the Maison and world-renowned Chef Gaggan Anand.

Louis Vuitton is making a comeback to Gaysorn Amarin shopping center with Gaggan at Louis Vuitton, Le Cafe V “celebrating the creative collaboration between the Maison and world-renowned chef Gaggan Anand,” known for his inventive take on Indian cuisine.

Le Cafe V was the first-ever cafe-slash-restaurant from by Louis Vuitton, making its debut in Osaka in 2020, with menus designed by chef Yosuke Suga.

Pricing

Lunch (Food – 8 Courses): THB 4,000++

Lunch (Wine Journey): THB 3,500++

Dinner (Food – 17 Courses): THB 8,000++
Dinner (Wine Journey): THB 6,000++

Timings

Lunch: 12:00 & 12:30
Dinner: 18:00 & 19:00

Private Dining Room: 18:00 & 19:00

Key Policies

The age restriction on this meal is for 12 years and above.

The age restriction of alcohol serving is for 20 years old.

No outside food and beverages are allowed in the restaurant.

No pets are allowed in the restaurant.

Gaggan’s presence during this experience will depend on his schedule and prior commitments.

Corkage charge is THB 5,000 net per bottle.

As within the restaurant premises, there are numerous Louis Vuitton items and products that cannot be taken home.  Each guest is responsible for the Louis Vuitton items present throughout your dining experience.

Dining Timing Policies 

Prior to booking, please be aware that on any public holidays, in accordance with the law, the restaurant reserves the rights to refuse service of any alcoholic beverages (We always recommend checking with the restaurant prior to the booking date or any uncertainty prior) 

Your bookings will only be held for 15 minutes after the booking time, if arriving after this period, we cannot guarantee that we are able to accommodate your full dining experience (The team wants to ensure that each customer has the chance to experience the intended dining experience that the team aims to deliver.  As a multi-course menu, having adequate time is key where the dinner is not being rushed or pressured)  

Dress Code 

Smart Casual: As we strongly recommend dressing up for the occasion, slippers, beach sandals and flip-flops are not permitted.  Gentlemen must avoid any sleeveless clothing, shorts, and open shoes.

Dining Room 

Within the main dining room, we only accept bookings of 2 to 4 people.

Private Dining Room 

To secure a booking for the private dining room, a full pre-payment of the minimum spending of THB 100,000++ must be completed for the reservation to be confirmed.

Booking timings are from 18:00 (earliest reservation) to 20:30 (latest reservation) 

If the amount does not exceed THB 100,000, no refund will be provided.

The booking amount ranges from 1 to 6 people.

No exceptions for different dishes or menus besides the one that the restaurant offers during that current day.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the dining experience, a 100% payment is required to confirm your booking. (including 7% Tax and 10% Service Charge) 

All payments for tickets purchased are fixed and final.  The Gaggan  experience has a strict policy of no refunds and cancellations.

As bookings cannot be cancelled, we do offer a chance of postponing the booking if it is made 72 hours prior to the reservation time and date.

Regarding postponements, it is subject to availability for the desired date, time and number of people.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Allergies and Dietary restrictions must be notified at least 72 hours before the meal, anything less there is no guarantee of accommodating the restrictions.

Any allergies or dietary restrictions informed within 72 hours of the dining time and date; the team cannot guarantee that it will be fully accommodated.

The following dietary restrictions of Vegan and Jain cannot be accommodated for this experience
