LUCIANO’ an Italian word meaning to illuminate, shine light, light forming and shining and has great meaning in China and Thailand and with it carries great luck.

Light shining through darkness, the break of dawn as light begins to grow and penetrate what was dark. It’s a name that celebrates creativity and excellence putting itself into the limelight carrying great energy which is something we all need.

The whole concept for The Luciano Pattaya began in 2016 by a young Chinese entrepreneur and businessman Mr Wang Peng.

Mr Wang Peng owner of WP Developers and The Luciano Pattaya.

Being Chinese but having Thai family and Thai friends Mr Wang Peng, aged 32, an extremely successful young businessman in him home country traveled to Thailand failing in love with the country and in particular Pattaya.

Mr Wang Peng had been operating in the beauty and beauty product business in China for 15 years and had built a hugely successful company WP Group with very popular products and after residing and traveling in Thailand and spending much time in Pattaya decided here was the location for The Luciano.

After meeting his Thai partner and having a beautiful family here he realised that his love for Pattaya was also others and what he loved about the city so would and do many others and with the full support and backing of both his Chinese and Thai family this gave him drive and inspiration to set up WP Developers a Bt 20 million company with a great working team also in place.

Mr Wang Peng has taken all he has learned in business and brought it here to Pattaya and using his own unique and diverse style along with new thoughts and concepts has put it to practice with The Luciano.

“Pattaya is perfectly located on the east coast of Thailand with an abundance of coastline and beachfront. Not only this though as its diversity is also key with many green areas, the tourist culture, its easy access to Bangkok and its peaceful safe environment also playing a role.”

“Pattaya has often been an attraction for the Chinese market and in the last 5 years this has only increased, now so even more than ever with the development of the Eastern Seaboard the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), the Bangkok-Chonburi Corridor, U-tapao International Airport and new rail links all adding to Pattaya’s status and the potential for investors being so much bigger.”

“All of this considered, as well as Pattaya’s diverse cultural and cosmopolitan society making Pattaya such an easy and livable destination for all with great employment opportunities, fantastic local and international restaurants, tourist attractions, golf courses, 24hr lifestyle, climate, culture and so much more.”

The particular are of Pattaya is also key to the developers carefully choosing Thepperasit Road with its wide an airy feel being 6 lanes rather than the usual 4 and its easy access in and out of the city.

In fact, The Luciano could not be better located both for live able and investment purposes.

“We firmly believe we has the best and prime location in the city, Pattaya and Thepperasit was the only place for The Luciano.”
