LISA embodies the definition of a multi-talented artist, seamlessly moving between rapper, singer, dancer, actress and global fashion icon. Her journey began at just 14, when Lalisa Manobal won an audition for YG Entertainment and made the bold decision to leave her home in Thailand to pursue her dream of becoming a K-pop artist.

Fast-forward to 2026, LISA of BLACKPINK has evolved from a celebrated K-pop star into a Nike partner and global superstar, living out her biggest ambitions and achieving her own moonshot—a seemingly impossible dream transformed into reality.
Her journey mirrors that of the iconic Moon Shoe, Nike’s own first moonshot. Born from an experiment in Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman’s kitchen, the shoe became a breakthrough innovation that helped establish Nike as a force in athletic footwear and contributed to some of the brand’s earliest milestones.
The Moon Shoe also embodies the spirit that has defined Nike ever since: the courage to experiment, the drive to keep innovating and the determination to always move forward. It is a philosophy that closely reflects LISA’s own path to the global stage.
For the Nike Sportswear Fall collection, Nike celebrates LISA’s meteoric rise through a campaign that sees her stepping into the Moon Shoe in a sleek, streamlined silhouette with a distinctly fashion-forward edge.
In the campaign imagery, LISA reaches for the highest point of her ambition, leaving her footprint on the moon, planting the Nike Sportswear (NSW) flag and standing proudly on a podium against a lunar landscape. The striking visuals are soundtracked by “Mr. Magic Moon,” a 1964 release by The Kim Sisters, accompanied by the Joe T. Tanner Orchestra.

The Kim Sisters were the first Korean musical group to achieve international success, long before the term “K-pop” entered the global lexicon. Their inclusion creates a compelling meeting of eras—looking back to the past while envisioning the future, much like the Moon Shoe itself.
The Nike Sportswear Moon Shoe, now available in new seasonal colourways, is available from today at Nike.com, Nike stores and participating retail partners worldwide.
