One Bangkok is set to welcome Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Thailand (SMBC) as a key office tenant and the first major occupier of One Bangkok Tower Two. This move marks SMBC’s first office relocation in Thailand in over a decade, with occupancy scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. SMBC is one of Japan’s leading financial institutions and holds the distinction of having the longest operating history in Thailand among Japanese banks, having established its presence in the country in 1952.
