Public zones include touchless technology – facial recognition, QR‑code access – and each floor of every office/residential building has filtered drinking water via carbon‑filtration and lead‑free piping, water quality tested regularly. ONE Bangkok is the first project in Thailand to achieve the LEED for Neighbourhood Development (ND) Platinum certification, signalling excellence in walkability, amenity access, transit integration, energy/water resource management and occupant well‑being.
