Park Hyatt Bangkok invites guests to experience the charm of summer through Summer Reverie Afternoon Tea, a seasonal afternoon tea crafted by Pastry Chef Fabrizio Zarate. Inspired by the freshness and vibrant colors of peak-season summer fruits, the menu celebrates balance, freshness, and refined flavors. The experience will be available at The Living Room from 1 June to 31 August 2026.
Drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean coast, European summer gardens, and tropical holiday escapes, the menu showcases a selection of seasonal fruits, including peach, amarena cherry, mango, fig, passion fruit, apricot, and strawberry, carefully chosen to highlight the distinct character of each fruit at its best.
The savory selection begins with Peach & Parma Harmony, pairing ricotta cheese with Parma ham, and Strawberry Hamachi Crostini, featuring citrus-cured hamachi complemented by peas, fennel, and black olive. These are followed by a collection of pastries and desserts that express the beauty of summer fruit through delicate pastry techniques and layered textures.
Signature highlights include Coconut Paradise, combining coconut mousse with mango and passion fruit compote, and Apricot Jasmine, pairing jasmine chantilly with apricot and almond praline to create a flavor progression that evolves from light and delicate to rich and satisfying.
Guests are welcomed with a clear peach tea topped with peach foam and amarena cherry before concluding the experience with Fraisier, a sharing dessert featuring sakura cream, fresh strawberries, and Japanese sponge roulade, designed as the centerpiece of the afternoon.
To further enhance the experience, guests may also select additional signature sweets from the Tea Cake Trolley, presented within the venue.

Summer Reverie Afternoon Tea is available daily from 1 June to 31 August 2026, between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., at The Living Room, 9th Floor, Park Hyatt Bangkok. The afternoon tea is priced at THB 3,000++ per set for two persons, with optional upgrades featuring Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut Champagne.
