Welcoming both residents and the wider community with an array of top‑tier stores and brands

PARK11, the lifestyle community mall within the Reignwood Park development, has now reached over 80% completion in its structural works, internal systems and landscaping. The management and engineering teams recently conducted a site inspection to confirm readiness ahead of the official opening in the first quarter of 2026.

Mr. Stuart Daily, Chief Operating Officer of Reignwood Holding Company Limited — the developer of PARK11 — revealed that Reignwood Park intends to position PARK11 as a comprehensive lifestyle hub. It will serve not only the project’s residents but also people living in the surrounding areas of Pathum Thani and northern Bangkok, offering a full suite of shopping, leisure and family‑friendly activities.

“PARK11 brings together a curated mix of stores, leading brands and premium services to meet the needs of all age groups — from popular restaurants and cafés, quality sporting goods outlets, pet‑care services and wellness activities, to a wide range of additional offerings. This will help establish the destination as a new focal point for both residents and the local community,” Mr Daily added.

The project features a design emphasising openness and green surroundings, creating a relaxed atmosphere that allows visitors to enjoy nature and quality time walking or relaxing, addressing the lifestyle needs of multiple generations in a single location.

“In a broader context, the development of PARK11 aligns with the current trajectory of Thailand’s real‑estate and urban economy — prioritising quality‑of‑life spaces rather than purely commercial development. The success of this project will reflect value across three dimensions: economically it will become a spending hub driving local circulation in Pathum Thani and northern Bangkok; socially it will serve as a community‑centric place where families and neighbours can spend meaningful time together; and environmentally the green infrastructure and open‑space design will support sustainable, balanced living,” concluded Mr Daily.
