Pebbles Bar and Grill at Renaissance Pattaya is launching its first guest chef event in the series, featuring Peruvian Culinary Excellence with Chef Santiago Fernandez from Buenazo by Na Projects.

Pebbles Bar and Grill, the Pattaya’s beachfront restaurant located within the Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa, is delighted to announce a special guest chef collaboration with the distinguished Peruvian chef Santiago Fernandez from Buenazo by Na Projects. This unique partnership, which kicks off on August 23rd, 2024, and runs until August 24th, promises to deliver an exceptional culinary experience that merges vibrant Peruvian flavors with the sophisticated ambiance of Pebbles Bar and Grill. It is part of our ongoing guest chef series for the year.

Chef Santiago Fernandez, renowned for his dynamic approach to Peruvian cuisine, first gained acclaim through his role in Na Project’s Urban Refugees Kitchen. This innovative initiative provides a collaborative cooking space for immigrant families, using food as a platform to raise social awareness and celebrate cultural diversity. Chef Fernandez’s commitment to this cause has earned him a reputation for creating dishes that are not only delicious but also imbued with social significance.

During his collaboration with Pebbles Bar and Grill, Chef Fernandez will craft an exclusive menu showcasing the best of Peruvian gastronomy with wine pairing, each wine is selected to enhance the flavours of each dish, creating a truly memorable dining experience. The exclusive dinner is priced at THB 1,600++ per person for food only, or THB 2,200++ per person including wine pairing.

The exclusive menu features;

CRUDO Y MARINADOS

Ceviche de Pescado: Delicately marinated seabass fillet served with leche de tigre, a zesty citrus-based marinade that embodies the fresh flavors of Peru.

ENTRADAS CALIENTES

Arroz con Pato: A sumptuous dish of duck magret paired with fragrant coriander rice and topped with sarsa criolla, a traditional Peruvian sauce that enhances the rich flavors of the duck.

PLATOS PRINCIPALES

Pulpo Anticuchero: Tender octopus prepared in anticuchera sauce, complemented by chimichurri and golden potatoes, offering a delightful fusion of textures and flavors.

POSTRE

Suspiro Limeño: A traditional Peruvian dessert known as “sigh of Lima.” It consists of a creamy caramel-like custard topped with meringue and flavored with spices.
