Silverhill is located on one of the few hills of the Eastern Seaboard.

There will only be 30 modern villas built on a total area of 47,800 sqm. “Living in a Garden” is Silverhill’s motto.

Silverhill Residence is primarily aimed at people aged 50-plus, given younger people rarely have the means necessary to leave behind their jobs and lead a quieter life.

However, Silverhill Residence is not an old people’s  home.

The idea of Silverhill-Residence is to offer active members of the  silver generation an upper class seniors’ residence, where it will be fun to enjoy your retirement in Thailand.
