MASSAGE

As soon as I walked into the spa the environment was one of relaxation. As was initially offered a selection of oils to choose from and I went with the lavender oil which smelled divine.

The massage was a full body treatment that included the famous steamed Thai herbal compress and a hot aromatic oil massage with a twist of Thai techniques, a total stress-buster treatment combining Thai massage techniques with an Aromatherapy massage.

As soon as the massage began, I could feel the stress lifting from my entire body and I’ve got to be honest I may well have dozed off a few times as I was so relaxed.

The relaxing back and neck massage with pressure perfectly directed—was followed by another back and neck massage.

Adding more bliss into the mix is the scalp massage. So good it’s practically coma-inducing.

This was possibly the best oil massage I have ever had (and trust me I’ve had quite a few!).

It was firm so that I felt it deeply working my muscles but at the same time relaxing, this is a rare combo to find not just in Thailand but anywhere.
