Don Giovanni Restaurant at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok invites food lovers to experience the essence of summer from Sicily, Italy, through a special seasonal promotion inspired by the Mediterranean coast and premium European ingredients. The exclusive menu is available from now until 30 June 2026.

The highlight of this season is the prized white asparagus, often referred to as the “Queen of Spring Vegetables” for its delicate texture, subtle aroma, and naturally sweet flavour. The chef has transformed this exceptional ingredient into contemporary dishes that beautifully showcase the artistry of Italian cuisine.

Begin your culinary journey with the White Asparagus Soup with Saffron Foam and Grilled Tiger Prawns, combining the smooth richness of white asparagus with the distinctive fragrance of saffron, perfectly complemented by the natural sweetness of grilled tiger prawns. Another standout dish is the Braised White Asparagus with Bozano Sauce and Caviar, a refined interpretation of Southern Italian cuisine that highlights the authentic flavours of the ingredients while adding a touch of elegance with premium caviar.

Additional signature dishes include Lobster Arancini Salad with Rocket and Spicy Tomato Cream Sauce, Bucatini Aglio e Olio with Crispy Sardines, Baked Sea Bass with Tomato Sauce and Mozzarella, and Grilled Beef Tenderloin served with Scallops, Herb Potatoes, and Pepper Butter Sauce.

Don Giovanni Restaurant, located on the lobby level of Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, is open daily. Lunch is served Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
