19 SC residential projects worth more than THB 25.6 billion expected to reach sell-out by year-end

SC Asset Corporation (SC), a leading developer of premium residential properties in Thailand, is extending its Live and Learn Home concept with eight new home series across 19 strategic locations during the final four months of 2026. The initiative is designed around real-life living insights, introducing flexible functions and new spatial solutions that evolve alongside residents’ changing lifestyles.

SC expects approximately 19 single-detached house and townhouse projects, with a combined project value of more than THB 25.6 billion, to reach sell-out by the end of 2026. Four projects have already sold out, including Connoisseur Phatthanakan, Grand Bangkok Boulevard Ratchaphruek–Pinklao, V Compound Tiwanon–Rangsit and WorkPlace Ramintra–Phrayasurain, while a further 15 projects are approaching sell-out, including Grand Bangkok Boulevard Suksawat–Rama 3, Grand Bangkok Boulevard Krungthep Kreetha and Bangkok Boulevard Signature Westgate.

Mr. Mongkut Techolan, Managing Director of Low-Rise Residential Development and Marketing, SC Asset Corporation PCL, said: “SC’s success in reaching sell-out across our residential projects is driven by an integrated approach — from positioning products for specific target groups and locations, to maintaining consistent consumer engagement through marketing activities and applying real-life living insights to home design.

“We place strong emphasis on understanding the needs of customers across different segments and locations before translating those insights into functions and living spaces that respond to how people actually live. This approach helps create meaningful differentiation and gives consumers greater confidence when choosing an SC home.”

Bringing Live and Learn Home to Life

In Q4 2026, SC will continue to build on the Live and Learn Home concept to further differentiate its residential offering, spanning product development, space design and the post-purchase experience.

The concept was previously introduced through a range of initiatives, including the Live and Learn Home campaign, which centres on homes shaped by real-life experiences, as well as a music-marketing initiative featuring the song “Live and Learn”, highlighting the idea of adaptable spaces that can evolve with residents’ lifestyles.

Mr. Natthakitti Sirirat, Deputy Managing Director of Marketing and Innovation, SC Asset Corporation PCL, said the company aims to make its Individual-Centric approach tangible at every stage of residential development.

To deepen its understanding of consumer behaviour, SC has undertaken a number of initiatives, including commissioning research firms to study residents’ living experiences, requiring executives at different levels to personally visit and observe how residents live in their homes, and having management teams listen directly to both positive and negative feedback received through the company’s Call Centre.

These efforts have contributed to the development of Live and Learn Home — homes created from real consumer experiences and designed to evolve as life changes.

“For the home designs under this concept, we translate consumer insights into new solutions and space designs that better respond to real-life living. This is reflected across 19 projects under five brands: Grand Bangkok Boulevard, Bangkok Boulevard Signature, Bangkok Boulevard, Venue ID and The Pavilion.

“We have developed spaces around the way families actually live, including Double Living spaces that can adapt to different uses, Equitable Bedrooms that provide siblings with bedrooms of equal size, Secondary Pantries offering versatile space on the second floor, and His & Her Walk-in Closets.

“Other innovations include Cinematic Space, designed for residents seeking a more open, nature-connected home through high ceilings and larger windows that maximise garden views, and Open Space Living, which allows family members to pursue different activities within the same area while still feeling connected and spending time together.”

Eight New Home Series Across 19 Strategic Locations

The Live and Learn Home campaign, under the concept “Homes That Evolve with Changing Lives” by SC, introduces eight new home series across 19 strategic locations. The portfolio spans Grand Bangkok Boulevard, Bangkok Boulevard Signature, Bangkok Boulevard and Venue, with contemporary home designs and adaptable functions developed around changing lifestyles.

SC has already launched four of the eight series:

  • Cape Dutch Revival
  • Modern Tropical
  • Pause Series
  • Mid-Century Modern

Prospective buyers are invited to explore the new home functions and spatial solutions across all 19 locations throughout the final four months of 2026. Visitors can experience the homes and discover how the Live and Learn Home concept translates real-life consumer insights into adaptable living spaces.
