SENA reinforces its leadership in sustainable living as SENA PARK GRAND RAMINDRA 2 receives the highest three-star Sustainable Property Award under KKP SHAPING TOMORROW 2026
SENA Development Public Company Limited (SENA) has further strengthened its position as a Sustainable Living Leader after SENA PARK GRAND RAMINDRA 2 received the three-star Sustainable Property Award, the highest level under the KKP SHAPING TOMORROW 2026 programme organised by Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited (KKP).
The project was recognised for its ability to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by more than 20% compared with the average carbon emissions per unit of area, while also meeting all six criteria under the programme’s Specialized Award categories. These cover environmentally friendly construction materials; energy efficiency and climate change mitigation; indoor air quality; water efficiency; waste separation and recycling; and innovation in energy, environmental sustainability and quality of life.
On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kesara Thanyalakpark, Managing Director of SENA Development Public Company Limited, represented SENA in receiving the award from Mr. Wisarut Panyapinijphol, First Senior Vice President and Head of Real Estate Lending, Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited.
The award reflects SENA’s achievement in developing residential projects that deliver measurable carbon reductions throughout the entire project lifecycle — from material selection and construction processes to everyday living. The approach is designed to reduce resource consumption and household living costs while making it easier for residents to adopt a low-carbon lifestyle in their daily lives, contributing to Thailand’s Net Zero 2050 ambitions.
The recognition also highlights the tangible and measurable results of SENA’s low-carbon property development strategy. Meanwhile, the KKP SHAPING TOMORROW programme, which supports customers in their transition towards sustainability through the concept of Financial Transition, has also received the Best Innovative Product Award from the Bank of Thailand.
