This month’s cover features the gorgeous lobby of The Riviera Ocean Drive, with Sukanya Gale before a photo shoot with her team to promote the project. Sukanya, now locally well known for not just being Winston’s right hand, or a developer’s wife, but a force herself, controlling, shaping and skillfully helping to lead the Riviera team into new horizons. This has been the case for several years now, with several years of experience and several award-winning projects achieved, she can be regularly seen helping customers, agents as well as holding AGMs for projects they manage. Quite a busy lady if you ask me.
Ocean Drive finished in February to a huge opening party and has since then been welcoming owners into their new condominiums. Cocktails in their 43rd floor bar have apparently ‘taken-off’ in popularity and the 5th floor eatery has proved to be a busy place too.
Revisiting the project recently, it still amazes me the level of detail everywhere and to be fair, it’s the same at any Riviera project. The more you look, analyse and turn a corner, the more you understand why The Riviera Group has a reputation unlike any other property in Pattaya. The level of effort, creativity and how it just comes together in a unique way makes these projects more than stand out. It makes them exceptional! They don’t keep winning awards for nothing. Asking Sukanya if they have entered Thailand Property Awards 2023, she informs that “Yes, we’ve entered categories for Best Condo Developer and Best Condominium – Eastern Seaboard”. This is being held later this month in Bangkok. Well, all I can say is it would be no surprise if they scooped up another award – or two!
Agents Evening
Hot off the back of Ocean Drives busy moving in period, their latest Project The Riviera Malibu saw strong sales from both Phase 1 and Phase 2 launches. To celebrate, they organized an evening at the Intercontinental Hotel Beach Bar Restaurant to say “Thank You” to over 80 agents that attended. Sukanya was noticeably absent not feeling so well, but Winston was there to spend time with each agent sharing his appreciation for their support and hard work. DJ Sadia soothed the night away with her elegant tunes whilst free flow drinks and diner was enjoyed.
Both projects share the same sales office currently located at The Riviera Ocean Drive sales office. An all-new Showroom is under construction ready for the end of the year located on the same location.
