Supalai Launches Major 287-Rai “Community Living Hub” in Rangsit, Unveiling Two New Projects to Meet Urban Family Demand
Supalai Public Company Limited is advancing its residential market in Northern Bangkok with the creation of a large-scale Community Living Hub spanning over 287 rai along Rangsit–Nakhon Nayok Road. The development follows an ecosystem concept, integrating premium residential projects with international schools within a single community to provide a fully connected and comprehensive living environment. The company has officially launched two new projects: Supalai Prima Villa Rangsit Khlong 3 and Supalai Palm Springs Rangsit Khlong 3, with a combined value of over THB 5 billion. The first sales phase has already generated over THB 350 million in revenue.

Dr. Prateep Tangmatitham, CEO of Supalai, commented, “We have continuously recognized the potential of the Rangsit area, where Supalai has developed 30 projects across various segments. This has allowed us to understand the local market demand and customer behavior thoroughly. With the growing population in Rangsit, the demand for quality housing continues to rise, particularly among modern families seeking functional living spaces and long-term quality environments. This Community Living Hub, covering over 287 rai, aims to meet these needs.”
A key feature of the projects is the introduction of the Romantic Charm Series home designs, debuting in Rangsit Khlong 3. Designed for modern family living, these homes offer flexible layouts, generous living spaces, and warm, inviting atmospheres. The international school is strategically integrated within the community, connecting the two residential projects seamlessly: Supalai Prima Villa Rangsit Khlong 3 and Supalai Palm Springs Rangsit Khlong 3, supporting long-term family lifestyles.

Ms. Thanyarat Panyaratt, Assistant Managing Director of Marketing & Sales, added, “Our Rangsit Khlong 3 development is divided into two main segments to accommodate diverse customer needs. The area’s purchasing power is growing steadily, and buyers increasingly view homes not just as living spaces but as investments in lifestyle and quality of life. Supalai Prima Villa Rangsit Khlong 3 targets premium buyers with large homes, spacious layouts, and high privacy, while Supalai Palm Springs Rangsit Khlong 3 caters to modern families seeking high-quality single-detached and semi-detached homes at more accessible prices. Together, the two projects provide comprehensive housing options for families at every stage of life.”

Mr. Kelvin Koh, CEO of SISB, highlighted that the school group focuses on combining strong academic programs with holistic education development, offering a trilingual curriculum in English, Thai, and Chinese based on the internationally recognized Singapore Curriculum.
